Federal Programs is comprised of a variety of programs.  All programs provide services to help schools more effectively develop, implement, and evaluate their plans for the academic success of children.  Hamblen County Schools receive federal funding through entitlement, which are funds received by all districts based on a variety of criteria or through competitive grants, which means that the district applied to receive a part of these funds.  Some programs are provided through the Every Student Succeeds Act and others through state funds.  Click on the links below for more information.
