RETURNING STUDENT ENROLLMENT: Any student enrolled in a Hamblen County School through April 30, 2024. Returning Student Enrollment is done through the Parent Portal Account. Scroll to the RETURNING STUDENT ENROLLMENT link towards the bottom of this page to log in. If you do not have a Parent Portal account, please follow the instructions in the videos below.
NEW STUDENT ENROLLMENT: Any student NEW to Hamblen County Schools for the 2024-2025 school year. New Student enrollment will open July 1, 2024. *2 Proofs of residence
*Record of Birth
*Names and phone numbers of at least 3 additional local adults that have permission to pick your child up from school in the event of an emergency
*Immunization Record
*Proof of Guardianship
*Current Medications
*Date first enrolled in a United States school

Returning students are those students who completed the 2023-2024 school year at a Hamblen County School (enrolled through April 30, 2024). You will need your functioning ParentPortal Account to complete the Returning Student Registration.
